🎯 What We're Looking For:
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Proven background in defence, maritime, or aerospace
- Strong grasp of lifecycle Configuration Management
- Experience tailoring config models for design, software, and data
- Confident leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
