About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Composites Manufacturing Engineer to join a FTSE 250 Aerospace Organisation.Headquartered in the UK, my client is a global engineering group specialising in extreme environment components and smart sub-systems for aerospace, defence and energy markets. Some 12,200 people are employed across manufacturing facilities in Asia, Europe and North America and regional bases in Brazil, India and the Middle East.
Whether it's developing new radome solutions, fuel delivery systems or high-altitude life support systems, the Airframe Systems embodies the innovation at the heart of what they do.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced manufacturing engineer who has worked with composite materials and the various manufacturing techniques that come along with that. This role involves NPI, end to end development of composite processing techniques and continuous improvement.
What do I need to do the role?
Manufacturing background with an apprenticeship or level 3 qualification engineering qualification.
Experience working on composites materials in a manufacturing engineer position.
Aerospace of Motorsport background would be desirable.
Commit to regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
Attention to detail.
