Working on a leading CRM Programme - You will have strong experience across comms, readiness, training approach, rollout plan, hypercare and a flexible approach in a very busy and complex delivery.
Delivering change in a business that already takes change seriously, has a solid Change approach and network in place across the business so the right person for the role will be able to adapt and deliver rather than from scratch is key to the role.
Majority of the role can be remote working / work from home however there will be times that working with the team in person, meeting key stakeholders and user groups will be beneficial, this will be infrequent but a desirable for the client.
