Cloud Security Engineer / Google Cloud Platform / Remote/ London / £500 - £650 per day Inside IR35
One of our leading Clients in the market are seeking a cloud Security Engineer who has exposure and experience with Google Cloud Platform to join their team
the right candidate for this role will:
Have solid knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and experience in supporting the acquisition of a new Google Cloud Platform in a Digital environment.
GCP experience is a bonus but as long as you have a background in securing AWS, Azure,
Responsibilities will entail
- Embedding into one or more of the delivery squads and taking ownership of key deliverables and designs
- Providing security requirements into all items within the relevant squad backlog and ensuring that low level deliverables align with architectural designs
- Providing assurance/governance across the relevant backlog stories
- Having the ability to work anywhere between strategic utopia and minimum viable product (MVP) to meet the business needs and deliver business value in a fast and iterative way
- A good level of experience in a comparable security role with transferable skills
- Designing security solutions using sound engineering principles across a large & complex environment with demanding functional & non-functional requirement
- Broad range of skills with experience in cyber security, web and mobile technologies, public cloud, and full stack applications
