Cleanroom Production Operative
Length of contract: Until 31/12/25 (extension likely)
Provisional start date: ASAP
Rate: £13.92 p/h PAYE (
Location: Maynard Centre - Cardiff
Shifts: Hours - 37.5 hours per week / Mon-Thurs: 5.50am-2pm/1.50pm-10pm / Fri: 5.50am-1pm/12.50pm-8pm
JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
- Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets. Maintains required daily output
- Required to run manual and semi- automated equipment and ensure production targets are met
- Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
- Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, LICENCES,
DBS: Please detail any specific skills and experience and any specific training, professional qualifications, licenses, DBS check etc. required for the role:
* Previous experience in production / warehousing positions is essential
* Previous cleanroom experience is ideal
* Being comfortable to wear full cleanroom PPE and follow working guidelines
* Own transport is ideal due to working hours and location
