Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Looking for an experience CTO to work for a leading client in their specific market, who is going on a transformation journey. You will help them understand the impact of the change and develop their IT strategy moving forward. There is a large scale transformation project around a core business application/system which will involve a proven background in system/application changes and the wider impact of business change / Contractual Management / Contract delivery / SLA's/ .
There will also be the review of 3rd party / outsourcing arrangements across the business so this will require a strong background in RFI / RFP experience and delivery and a strength in working with legal teams. The client provides software to Healthcare sector and are part way through a change of supplier so one of the major programmes you would be responsible for is the smooth transition of this business critical change. So any experience of delivering to the NHS would be highly desirable.Once again any similar programme exposure would be highly desirable.
You would be responsible for a team of 20 with a couple of direct reports. Although major growth plans are in place!
The role is based in the West Midlands and you would be expected in the office 2 / 3 times as week, this is an 18 month FTC and client is looking for someone to start within a few months.
