Change Project Manager - Workforce Management and Patient Journey, Healthcare / Medical - Remote / Hybrid working
An experienced Project manager is required to lead the implementation of a new Workforce Management System alongside working on establishing the business and IT processes for the customer / patient journey as part of the early phase of an operating model design.
Both project workstreams will involve a high degree of business change management and stakeholder interaction, personally running workshops and detailing requirements, there will be BA support but this role needs someone to get the project through and with a sleeves rolled up attitude to the challenges in front of them.
Initially 3 months, ir35 determination is pending so please contact me if you have a firm preference, it is likely outside due to the specific deliveries.
