Change Analyst (Digital, Website, APP)

Job Description
Our Client is one of the world's largest utility service providers. They are seeking an experienced Technical Change Analyst to join their Digital Team. This team consists of specialists using the latest technology stacks and modern software development standards to implement digital products.
The successful individual will have experience in Web / APP and be required to fulfil the following accountabilities:
- Provide Website and APP specific knowledge to functional and non-functional requirements E.g. Accessibility, SEO
- Provide technical assurance for changes. E.g. Sitecore, Mobile APP changes (to not rely on 3rd parties)
- Work alongside the digital Product Owners to agree change and priorities
- Manage small enhancements for digital
- Manage digital maintenance changes
The successful Change Analyst will have:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a solid understanding of Change Management principles.
- Knowledge of Web / APP (i.e. SEO, Accessibility)
- Strong analytical capabilities, highly organised and excellent relationship management skills
- Proven ability to engage and partner with stakeholders across any number of business functions.
