Case Systems, Application Support, Senior Developer, Proclaim
Reporting into the Application Support Manager my leading client is looking for a Senior Developer who can take responsibility for their internal Proclaim system and other Case Systems. You will be developing, configuring and maintaining the systems in line with the business requirements and working collaboratively with other teams to continually improve the applications. Liaising with the offshore team will be essential to ensure they are given the right information and knowledge to undertake support. Ensure all changes operate in line with agreed long-term application roadmaps and all necessary documents in the application support area and it is kept up to date.
