| Job Description | 1. Assist in Collating, Organization and Creation of existing material Catalogue from various academies and other FUSE material tagged as useful for connections to the Academies 2. Assist in the consolidation of Existing Training resources in the SME areas of Product 3. Maintain list of relevant SMEs and SPOCs to be contacted for building the Product Academy 4. Coordinate SME Workshops, Calendar invites and Collation of inputs 5. Work with the FUSE team for Design implementation of Academies based on agreed structure 6. Work with SAP Team (Success Factors) to connect Academies to SF for alignment with IDP as well as Career Frameworks 7. Work with P&C contacts for mapping the Headcount files for identification of eligible population for various levels of access to be given for the academies 8. Maintenance and Upkeep of Academies which would include - Creating Calendar / Classes - Tracking attendance / completion progress - Issuing Certification - Uploading Content - Access Control - Maintaining version Control 9. Help in Data Crunching, Reporting and Analytics 10. Assist in Communications Management - Class Calendars, Status Updates, Rollouts, Pilot Management |
