About the role

We wish to appointment a Business Support Manager who will be accountable directly to the Managing Director (MD) Holdfast Training Services Ltd (HTS) (a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) delivering a 30 year Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract with MoD for training support and training delivery).

The Manager will directly interface with the MoD client and a range of contractors. The focus for the post is to manage all business support activities for the Holdfast SPV including compliance, partnering, Information Technology, communications, and where appropriate discrete projects and work streams.

What do I need to be able to do the role?

You will need to have the ability to provide project management support and ability to deal with complex stakeholder interfaces in a suitable manner


We would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present at a senior level within the company, to shareholders and customers.
  • Experience of working with the MoD in a Defence environment (Desirable).

What else do I need to know?

  • Successful applicants will need enhanced DBS through the Disclosure and Barring Service and military security clearance
