Senior Business Change Manager, Impact Assessment, Transformation Programme, Outside IR35
My leading client is looking for a Business Change Manager to work on ERP/ CRM implementation project where you will leading the business impact assessments across a range of business areas. You will have a proven background in running these types assessments across - Sales, Commercial, Finance department.
Essential Experience:
- Strong Change Management background.
- Delivering a business change roadmap; including visioning, audience analysis, impact assessments, communications, user acceptance testing, training, readiness criteria, rollout and post go-live hyper-care support activities.
- Expert in Business Change impact assessments
- Business Process Management
