We're seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support our remediation efforts and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

APP analysis (focus on supporting case remediation), capture challenges and build decision tree
Operationally complete remediation action or package up and hand off to BAU operational team
Leverage AI to document process and procedures, simulate process and support target operating model
Support upskilling and transition to BAU team
