Role Details
Key Technical Skills Core Skills: Documenting, Coordinating with business users , Capturing requirements , Work with Azure DevOps tool for creating user stories
Ability to capture functional requirements for building repots within the HR landscape. The role involves liaising with the business users and technical team by understanding the business users ask and converting/documenting them into functional requirements that can be delivered through agile sprints by the technical team. Previous experience of working within HR domain will be advantageous but not mandatory. Should posses strong communication skills be self-driven team player.
