Key responsibilities include:
- Cross-workstream analytical support, as driven by programme-level priorities
- Detailed requirements gathering, data analysis and support to technical delivery
- Working with Project Managers to ensure that all key stakeholders and business areas are appropriately considered and engaged from requirements to design and implementation
Key accountabilities include:
- Detailed requirements gathering, ensuring Front Line needs are appropriately met be the capability
- Design and delivery of any required technology enhancement
- Adherence to workstream governance structures and attendance to relevant forums
- To feed into workstream reporting and MI within programme and to wider business stakeholders as required
- To assist the Project Manager in effective management of workstream RAID
- To develop a detailed understanding of the key stakeholder matrix
Key skills and experience:
- Proven track record of complex project delivery in finance and data-led programmes
- Background in financial reporting (risk and revenue) of large corporate and/or institutional client returns
- Ability to build connections and work collaboratively across boundaries (geographical and business)
- Demonstrable ability to effectively balance risk, time and business need
- Resourceful, creative and inquisitive approach to operating with complexity and ambiguity
- Highly motivated, excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial and autonomous with ability to prioritise and negotiate under pressure
