You should have:

>2 years of working in a similar role where you managed the success of a business - (agency)

>Proven track record in building from the ground up.

>Experienced in driving P&L and cash performance

>Exceptional track record of commercial delivery in a consumer brand.

>Proven ability to drive the customer connection and create a world-class experience.

>It is crucial that you have managed a business in the past across departments to understand how product, marketing, customer service, ecommerce all works together.

>Can demonstrate a successful strategy and metrics they improved

>Entrepreneurial mindset, determination and perseverance

>Can create excellent reports and business analysis

>Strong relationship management skills, and excellent communication skills

>A high degree of business acumen and ability to analyse data

Salary £40-50k + bens + bonus
Currently fully remote and once back in the office there is flexibility to WFH / fully remote may be considered.
