Position Overview:
As a Bid Writer/Proposal Developer specializing in road and highway tenders, you'll be a linchpin in the company's business expansion endeavours. Your role will involve crafting compelling, meticulously structured, and compliant proposals that precisely align with the diverse needs of our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including project managers, engineers, and estimators, to amass crucial information for proposal submissions.
- Draft, compose, and refine proposal documents, ensuring they embody clarity, brevity, and adherence to client specifications.
- Investigate, identify, and assess tender opportunities within construction industry.
- Create persuasive value propositions and narratives spotlighting our company's distinctive strengths and competitive edges.
- Effectively manage and prioritize multiple proposals concurrently, adhering to stringent deadlines.
- Curate and maintain a repository of proposal content and templates, ensuring efficiency and uniformity in proposal development.
