Job Title: Azure Support Engineer - DevOps
Location: Winchester
Duration: 6 months
Clearance: Eligible and willing to go through SC - Minimum 5 years UK residency required
Rate: £400-£500 depending on experience
Umbrella Only
Undertaking 8 hours shifts (Monday -Friday) with expectations for deployment support and on-call on evenings/weekends.
Essential skills and experience:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Drive and commitment to learn new technical concepts quickly
- Familiarity with Agile & DevOps ways of working
- Familiarity with and experience of using UNIX
- Knowledge of CI toolsets
- Good client facing skills and problem solving aptitude
- DevOps knowledge of SQL
- Oracle DB, Postgres
- ActiveMQ, Zabbix, Ambari, Hadoop, Jira, Conflucene, BitBucket, ActiviBPM, Oracle SOA, Azure, SQLServer, IIS, AWS, Grafana, Oracle BPM, Jenkins, Puppet, CI and other cloud technologies
