We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a non-for-profit public body within the medical industry. The company works to protect patient safety and improve medical education and practice across the UK. Within the App Support Analyst position you will be working as part of the Enterprise Systems (ES) Application support team. Here you will help to deliver application support services across an array of exciting applications used by the organisation.
In the position of an App Support Analyst you will have the opportunity to learn about our enterprise systems and technologies as well as having the support of the team in terms of upskilling & growing as a professional.
What you need for this role:
You will need to have experience in IT support or a development role. With
experience of supporting website applications, API's, cloud-based services and backend CRM systems.
Within the position you would be:
- Providing support of Enterprise Systems (ES) production platforms and ensuring they're available to support both the external user & organisation's needs.
- Supporting ad-hoc 'data fix' requests; understanding and documenting the issue, being involved the whole way to developing and implementing a fix for the issue.
- Monitoring apps & giving feedback on potential issues.
Additional Information:
Salary= £29K to £42K
Structure= Manchester based (Hybrid working)
