My leading client is looking for someone with
- Any knowledge or experience with Intapp product suite
- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Desk Ticketing and Workflows is essential.
- SQL - T-SQL programming experience is essential
- System integrations knowledge and operational support of Dataflow integrations with multiple systems. E.G - Intapp, DMS, Elite 3E, Interaction CRM etc.
- Ability to take on, learn, and provide operational technical support for multiple existing and new Law applications is a must for this role.
- Degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or documented work experience in a technical application specialist role.
- Knowledge of service desk ticketing and workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Basic SQL , T-SQL programming experience is highly desirable
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Soap and Rest API Knowledge
- Experience with SaaS (cloud based) software and/or on-prem Legal and Business software
