Role: Application Architect ServiceNow (CSM / S2P)

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) to support the greenfield implementation of both modules in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is a key role in a major digital transformation programme, with a focus on designing and delivering robust, scalable solutions aligned to ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to the end-to-end greenfield implementation of ServiceNow CSM and S2P modules.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture requirements, define scope, and translate needs into functional solutions.
- Configure, develop, and deploy out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities for CSM and S2P, minimizing customisation.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources where necessary.
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management activities.
- Provide expert guidance on platform governance, data modelling, workflow design, and automation opportunities.
- Deliver clear documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow CSM and/or S2P (Source-to-Pay) implementations - ideally greenfield projects.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in CSM and/or Procurement/Sourcing are a strong advantage.
