My leading client is looking for an AI Product Delivery Lead who will drive the adoption of AI solutions across the organisation, shaping the product roadmap and ensuring delivery that is ethical, strategic, and impactful. The role blends AI expertise, product leadership, and change delivery to turn complex challenges into high‑value AI use cases that improve services, operations, and decision‑making. Higher education experience would be perfect but other sector experience is welcome and of interest.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Management Delivery
- Proven experience of leading AI product discovery and delivery, aligning cross‑functional teams around clear priorities.
Strategic Leadership & Product Management
- Translate business challenges into well‑defined problem statements and high‑value AI use cases.
- Own and evolve the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organisational strategy and technical feasibility.
- Develop business cases for major AI initiatives and secure senior stakeholder support.
Product Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Oversee the full AI product lifecycle, ensuring delivery to scope, quality, and timelines.
- Produce clear product documentation, specifications, and launch materials.

User, Market & Evidence‑Based Insight
- Work with user researchers to understand needs, market trends, and opportunities.
- Define and track success measures such as adoption, engagement, and efficiency gains.
Ethical, Safe & Responsible AI
- Ensure all AI products meet ethical, regulatory, and organisational standards around fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
- Communicate AI vision and value to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Navigate complex issues, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategic goals
