Connect to Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Active UK security clearance at Developed Vetting (DV) level.
Proven experience delivering transformation projects using traditional and agile methods.
The ability to shape programmes and translate business needs into delivery strategies.
Experience working with both developing and mature agile teams in delivery or coaching roles.
Excellent facilitation and coaching skills that inspire and empower teams.
Certification or experience with Kanban, Disciplined Agile, or ICAgile.
Awareness of other frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, or XP.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills focused on outcomes.
Experience creating transformation strategies and enhancing portfolio practices.
Confidence communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
