Admin Support Specialist
£35.00 per hour (via umbrella)
Cheltenham (At least 3 days per week on site)
6 Month Contract

Our client is currently searching for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team in Cheltenham. The team are after a candidate who is eager to jump into the role, work closely with many stakeholders and process tasks as needed. Our client appreciate candidates who contribute positively to their work environment and they requirement of strong interpersonal skills is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Roles and Responsibilities Support Aftermarket Service Leader in delivery of Spare Budget Order Book Management & Distributor Support Responsible for Spare order book management ( Internal and External )
  • Weekly management of orderbook
  • Working with the OE Business on delivery of spares
  • Dealing with disputes and returns ( RMA), Spares Warranty and expedites / cancellations of orders
  • Updating and maintain BDI Program document
  • Weekly calls with GE Distributor
  • Work with Pricing team and with Order management dealing with Price disputes
  • Forecasting, data and pricing analysis
  • Distributor queries Support the Sales and Marketing Strategy planning for Spares sales
  • Work with Services leader to develop campaigns and proposals
  • Work with Distributor to update Sales portal with product information Support Aftermarket Leader in executing of Projects:
    • Produce financial & Program Health check metrics specific to customer & Airframer contracts.
    • Prepare data for Key Performance Indicator Reviews
    • Prepare data for financial analysis of expected costs, revenues and margins through Loss making reviews

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Experience using Oracle/ERP System is desirable - Desirable
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
  • Have a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
