My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Executive on a initial 6 month basis. The role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid (3 days on site in London).

An exciting opportunity has emerged to join the UK Acquisition Team. The performance marketing team are responsible for driving and converting demand to fuel new customer growth. This role is a critical contributor, delivering growth through our Affiliate Marketing Channel.

The Affiliate Marketing Channel is a significant contributor to our consumer goals. As part of the UK Acquisition Partnerships Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the Affiliate Marketing strategy for Consumer, partnering closely with our Commercial organisation and third-party agency to execute marketing campaigns, manage the budget and develop sophisticated multi-channel campaigns.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ownership of consumer prospect facing affiliate marketing campaigns, partner relationships and associated KPIs.
  • Produce, develop, review, and execute marketing creatives and campaigns as well as planning and executing new marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, third-party agency and internal cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate and prioritise ongoing growth opportunities.
  • Provide detailed full funnel reporting for the Affiliate Marketing channel and present strategies and plans to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve the co-brands and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support the development of forecasts and the regular reporting of channel performance; over time develop a deep understanding of key business drivers and how to use them to drive growth.

The successful candidate will be highly professional, confident, and personable with high levels of energy and a proactive attitude plus:

  • Minimum 1-2 years marketing experience
  • Digital marketer with the ability to develop end-to-end marketing campaigns and flawlessly execute complex initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to build high impact test & learn plans and to interpret complex data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional partners.
