About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Transactional Administrator to join the wider team to join a Global Technology and defence business. The role is going to be supporting new and existing suppliers across procurement and processing them. You will also be involved in PO Delivery and communicating variety of business areas.
What do I need?
You'll need experience in some of the following areas would be desirable, but not essential.
- Proven experience of Administration
- Taking incoming calls from internal customers and suppliers who have queries and advising them of the process
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel and SAP would be Ideal
- Process purchase order uplifts, Shopping cart and purchase order amendments
- Experience dealing with a range of customers from blue chip organisations to partnerships and sole traders
What will I be doing?
You will be working in a highly experienced and sturdy team and will be a pivotal part of the Admin team to help keep the Procurement supplier process running smoothly and efficiently.
You will be responsible for:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement & process efficiencies
- Processing Purchase Orders
- Supplier process administration for new and existing suppliers
- Helping move them through SAP and communicate with Expert Approvals
