About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a FTSE 250 International company who specialise in components and sub-systems for the Aerospace, Defence and Energy markets. They provide Engine Systems including Flow Control, Thermal Systems, Composites and Sensors to their Civil and Defence Aerospace customers.
Using your experience as an Account Manager, you will manage a variety of customer accounts to deliver world-class service and support by directly overseeing new orders, immediately responding to inquiries, collaborating internally to prepare and deliver quotations, and joining with the planning team to accurately forecast demand.
By utilising the High Performance System, you will serve as the primary interface for a variety of customers, responsible for ensuring the most efficient and positive relationship while enabling level-loading of production and expeditious resolution of customer assertions. You will also work closely with key internal stakeholders and have a solid internal network with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Commercial functions.

What do I need to do the role?
You will need to have experience of Account Management for a large organisation within a highly regulated industry. Aerospace industry experience is highly desirable.

- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and a track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships
- Excellent customer service orientation
