Account Co-ordinator

Umbrella pay rate: £ 142.48 p/d
PAYE pay rate: £ 113.98 p/d
Purpose of the role:
Deliver technical support and programme administration on an assigned portfolio of Multinational RT & RM accounts.
Accountabilities for the role:
- Liaison with Brokers, Internal and External Clients across UK and International Territories to ensure quality of service delivery
- Obtain all necessary technical programme servicing information through client systems and liaising with all Account stakeholders
- Collate and provide necessary territorial information as required in relation to global regulation requirements
- Support the Client, Senior and Account Executives to ensure policies are issued in line with Service Level Agreements
- Check, agree, validate and communicate global premium allocations and use them in conjunction with reinsurance structures to establish and complete account profiles
- Liaise on technical service issues with appropriate departments to expedite resolution
- Regular liaison with Team Manager/MCoE Management to manage pipeline of account activity on a monthly basis
- Issue clear instructions for all premium bookings and reconcile Reinsurance arrangements with all front end and back end systems
- Organise issuance of all necessary insurance programme certification
- Coordinate captive premium movement or policy tracking
- Communicate to relevant parties (internal & external) and meet service requirements on all allocated accounts as specified in SLAs
- Preparation (profiles), issuance and co-ordination of NOC's, Structure Builds, OMeGA Requests and Network Instructions
- Resolution of accounts queries/OMeGA Rejects and other post bind programme discrepancies
- Track bookings by completing the Bookings Database
- Ensure that performance objectives are set and assessed against the relevant FSA TCF outcomes
- Carry out your accountabilities and objectives within the framework of the clients TCF policy

Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of non-conventional and multinational Insurance programmes
- Good time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative / Organised
- 2+ years in a Commercial insurance environment / London Market
- Computer literacy required: IT packages; MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong administration skills
- CII Qualification desirable or progression towards
