Account Based Marketing Manager

Salary: Competitive + bens

Location: Monument, London (Hybrid working 2 days office / 3 WFH)

Type: Permanent contract, full time 37.5 hours

A role for an experienced marketing professional from a corporate/professional services environment to shape this brand-new role!

Key aims:

  1. Amplify our share of voice and position our businesses as experts in:
    1. Digital transformation
    2. Powering the future of work
    3. Workforce trends and solutions
  2. Drive integrated data-led ABM programmes that build existing relationships or increase lead generation
  3. Connect the ManpowerGroup brands and create a culture of greater internal knowledge sharing through Yammer, Elevate and other channels

Person profile:

A role for an experienced marketing professional from a corporate/professional services environment

  • Creative and commercially minded
  • Capable of adding strategic guidance
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Team player with ability to operate independently
  • Ability to form strong and effective working relationships with people at all levels across the organisation
  • Confident, resourceful and a "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment where challenge is the norm and issues are widely varied
  • Objectives-driven, with commitment to deliver against pipeline targets

Essential skills:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with traditional and digital marketing execution tactics
  • Demonstrable success in building impactful integrated marketing programmes driving awareness and demand for the Enterprise audience
  • Proven experience working with ABM strategies and running targeted integrated campaigns
  • A successful track record driving growth within the B2B sector
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of implementing integrated, strategic marketing campaigns with evidence of success; experience with the HubSpot marketing platform is desirable
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Analytical skills - ability to interpret statistical data
  • Proven project and campaign management ability
  • Experience of driving online marketing campaigns
