I'm delighted to be working with a leading Microsoft Gold partnered MSP, based in the Ayrshire and Kilmarnock area, who are looking to grow their established IT Support team. They have extremely well-known clients across Central Scotland and offer the opportunity to gain some great experience and work with alongside an experienced team of Engineers.
The role is working with the Microsoft tech stack, including:
-O365
-Windows Server
-Active Directory
-Networking Technologies
The successful applicant should have exposure providing 2nd line support to end users and have strong customer service experience.
