2nd line support engineer with Office 365, active directory, solid hands on hardware, telephony and cabling experience needed for a permanent role in Newport.

DUE TO THE URGENY OF THIS ROLE WE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERING RELOCATORS
Newport (Driving licence essential due to this being a split between field and service desk work)

The client has an extremely strong reputation, with offices all over Wales with the majority being in South Wales. The role will be based in Newport however you will be given a van and fuel card as you will need to visit other sites for hands on work such as basic cabling, telephony issues and wifi problems. This will require you to have previous experience not just on a service desk but fixing the previously mentioned issues as well as having excellent face to face customer service. The role will require someone local to Newport as that is where you will be based day to day on the service desk. Also if you have ever worked in a datacentre that would be massively desirable.
