I'm delighted to be working with my client in Glasgow, who are a leading Managed Service Provider. They're a Microsoft Gold Consultancy and have one of the best reputations in the MSP space. They're looking for a Graduate or Junior 1st Line Helpdesk Engineer with 0-1 years experience.

This role will involve picking up 1st line support tickets, speaking to customers on the phone, working with technologies like Windows Server/Desktop, Active Directory, O365. You'll have the opportunity to progress up the ladder to 2nd and 3rd line, and work with more technologies and gain certifications.
