Our Client located in the Central Belt of Scotland are looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to work on a month-to-month contract basis and with the following skills and experience. You will be required to work on a number of core business tasks supporting the end user base and carrying out daily IT admin tasks.

Some basic requirements for the role will include:

  • Office 365 in a helpdesk capacity
  • Basic IT admin skills
  • Good understanding of emails and Junk mail quarantining
  • Experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Experience of onsite client support work
