1st Line Support - Service Desk - Office 365 - Microsoft - IT Support - Remote Desktop - Microsoft Office - Customer Service

1st line support engineer with experience on an IT service desk, ideally supporting Microsoft office products such as office 365 and windows 7/10 needed for a 3 month contract role in Taunton.

£day rate

Taunton (must be based locally at time of application)

3 month contract

The company is one of the most well known and respected businesses in the South West and due to an increase in workload they need to add to the service desk. You will be focused on primarily 1st line activities such as being first point of contact for all IT queries, ticket escalation, password resets etc, all focusing on Microsoft packages and software, but will have the chance to develop your experience into more 2nd line duties once you have been there a while. This role will suit someone with around 2 - 3 years experience on a helpdesk looking to develop their IT knowledge and experience.
