Our client, a leader in their industry, based within Glasgow is currently recruiting for 1st Line Support Analyst, with the potential opportunity to delve into some 2nd Line Support tasks. The role will require the successful candidate to provide 1st class external support to the 100 users in Glasgow.
This new exciting 1st Line Support Role is looking for a candidate with experience of;
- Exposure to Office 365
- Experience Azure
- Experience of Active Directory
- Troubleshooting IT Issues (predominantly on Window)
- Desktop Support
They will also help the IT manager with data mapping and creating spreadsheets for the project he is working on.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is experienced in this type of engineer role, or looking to get started in the contracting world of support engineering. The successful candidate will triage and resolve user technical issues.
