Test Manager, ITIL, HR + Payroll, Finance, Dynamics 365

My leading client is looking for a Test Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to assist them on a an exciting transformational journey that will deliver a strategic project of change, substantially enhancing how we operate our core processes through new and redesigned system, across a new cloud- based Finance and HR & Payroll systems (Dynamics F&O).

You will develop the test strategy and oversee the development and execution of test scenarios and scripts, working closely with the wider IT team to conduct testing activities that demonstrate project solution alignment to business requirements, IT strategy and principles.

You will work closely with Testers, Business Analysts, Enterprise and Solution Architects and the Programme Managers as well as the external delivery partners to align the testing activities to other project deliverables and timelines.

Key Skills

  • Using documented business requirements, develop test strategies and plans for IT projects
  • Managing Test Analysts to develop and execute test scenarios and scripts for IT projects
  • Managing risks and issues associated with the testing process and escalate where necessary
  • Owning and managing and IT testing tools and processes
  • Responding to project requests in a timely fashion
