Role Summary:

You will serve as a key member of a team of Recruiters, Sourcing Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Coordinator to acquire great talent for our client across Europe.
In addition to recruitment for existing requisitions, establishing continuous pipeline of candidates for functional needs of the business will help you succeed in this role.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Functional sourcing expertise, sourcing strategy execution, ideation and executing solutions to TA challenges, demonstrating stakeholder management
  • Lead recruitment for critical and strategic roles across business units
  • Deliver with focus on ongoing hiring activities, TA projects, programs and initiatives
  • Drive day-to-day operational effectiveness and quality talent acquisition outcomes within specific functional areas, establishing a culture of shared success
  • Partner with Hiring Managers, People Leaders, HR Business Partners and TA team members to implement TA strategies
  • Set high recruitment standards, maintaining operational excellence and compliance. Present recruitment metrics as required
  • Creatively leverage passive sourcing channels to attract the best talent to meet specific functional sourcing needs
  • Ensure that the TA process is in compliance with all government regulations and local laws including immigration etc
  • Own the entire recruitment process from pipelining to initial screening assessment, to determination for on-site interview, and deliver outstanding customer and candidate experiences
  • Support initiatives around diversity and inclusion to attract a diverse and inclusive workforce and culture
  • Apply values, policies, procedures and precedent to make timely, routine decisions

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent education

  • Skilled and demonstrated recruiting technical domain experience

  • Strong communications and personal leadership competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and high level of proactivity

Desired characteristics:

  • Prior experience in a complex digital-oriented Talent Acquisition organization, with experience in a technology environment preferred

  • Skilled in talent sourcing techniques including Boolean, ATS/CRM sourcing tools, social media, and online niche resources

  • Skilled in leveraging recruitment tools and technologies (Workday, Phenom etc.) through end-to-end recruiting lifecycle

  • Proven, problem solving skills inclusive of excellent candidate experience

  • Metrics driven thinking that provides direct business impact and outcomes

  • Ability to analyze business challenges and provide recruiting solutions

  • Sharing knowledge and credit, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill

  • Building partnerships, using the trust created to provide effective relationships
