Fancy working for a multinational banking and financial services organisation? We have an exciting role which will be responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the Function Head and Senior Leaders, as well as guidance and training to other assistants in the team


Support will include, but not limited to, dealing with a high volume of email, diary management, operational risk monitoring, administrative paperwork, travel and accomodation booking, expenses and new starter support for the Senior Management team as well as ensuring team deadlines are met.

  • Organization of the function Team meeting and off-sites
  • Organising meetings, booking meeting rooms, global conference calls, video conferences, Zoom sessions etc.
  • Ensure that all briefing notes, meeting agenda, information etc. are collated and presented in a timely manner in advance of when the meeting is required
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts to set up, coordinate and arrange logistics for meetings
  • Maintenance of Holiday and Sickness Records for function
  • Collation and maintenance of Training Records for function
  • Minute taking
  • Preparation of professional presentation materials
  • Preparation and processing of expenses
  • Provide admin support relating to HR admin as required
  • Maintain highest level of internal and external confidentiality with regards to all the information they have access to

  • Laptop / kit organisation
