Talent Acquisition Professionals

2 Months Initially

Remote but must be commutable to either Bristol, Birmingham or London

Up to £180 p/day - Umbrella only

My client has some excellent opportunities available for 4 Talent Acquisition professionals. All successful applicants will have experience in the following:


- Experience within Recruitment and Acquisition of Talent.
- Sourcing and boolean knowledge.
- Knowing how to navigate LinkedIn, and have a few sourcing tricks up your sleeve.
- Excellent communication and expectation management skills.
- Good organisation skills. Being able to manage an inbox well is underrated.
- A willingness to contribute ideas to improve the way we work.

There are 2 areas of the business that require these new resources with a variation in skills / experience required. Please see further details below:

2 x Talent Acquisitions Specialists are required who have experience in the corporate arena. This could include HR, marketing or finance.

The positions will be working from home to begin with inline with government guidelines but applicants must be in a commutable distance of either Bristol, Birmingham or London.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing a fantastic candidate experience to everyone, regardless of whether they're successful in securing a role with us.
  • Sourcing and headhunting using a variety of channels.
  • Writing adverts that bring out the best in the role and are tailored to your audience.
  • Screening and sifting candidates, taking into account their career ambitions and interests.
  • Working with the HRBPs and TASs to understand their business areas, and providing shortlists for their volume roles.
  • Managing vacancies end-to-end.

2 x Talent Acquisitions Specialists are required who have experience in either telecoms, manufacturing or commercial sectors. This position may extend beyond 2 months or go permanent.

The positions will be working from home to begin with inline with government guidelines but applicants must be in a commutable distance of either Bristol, Birmingham or London.

Description:

  • Delivers projects and initiatives that support their specialist area.
  • Provides data analysis and reporting; creating recommendations improve processes and ways of working.
  • Works proactively with other HR teams to deliver operational HR activities.
  • Provides specialist guidance on policy and process.
  • Supports the implementation of transformation and change projects to improve the effectiveness.
  • Understands change drivers and the case for change.
  • Accountable for stewarding, leading and partnering with the business, ensuring all business activities are carried out in accordance with local legislative requirements, which enhance and protect our client for now and the future.
