Strategic Cost Transformation Manager

Location: London - One Braham - 3 days per week on site

Salary: £100,000 per annum

Length: 3 months

Job Description:

As the Strategic Cost Transformation Manager within the Control Tower team, you will be pivotal in driving organisational change towards a cost-conscious mindset and orchestrating cost savings initiatives from inception to maturity. This role entails overseeing and enhancing cost-saving measures and managing relationships with stakeholders, across Product, Procurement, Service, and Sales segments. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning these initiatives with the strategic goals of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the development and execution of cost transformation strategies across the organisation.
  • Facilitate idea generation sessions and develop pipeline of relevant cost-saving initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress and maturity of these initiatives, ensuring they meet predefined targets and milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Procurement, Service, and Sales segments.
  • Act as a key contact for sponsors, leads and initiative owners, and prepare stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and achieve cost-saving goals.
  • Share best practices and innovative solutions across the Business to drive cost savings.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of cost-saving measures.
  • Develop training and communication plans to support organisational change.

  • Experience working with procurement / product / service / sales led teams.
  • Background in project management or change management roles.
  • Proven experience in cost transformation, cost management, or a similar role.
