Responsible for the service operations and maturity improvement of our NDR tool Darktrace.

Skills / knowledge required:

Darktrace Cyber Engineer certified
Multi-year experience with the tool is a must
Experience working with and maturing Network detection and response tooling namely Darktrace.
Service Operations experience
Experience in managing Managed Service Providers
Project management skills
