Service Delivery Manager - Dynamics365 - WFH
Contract role - looking for strong Service Delivery and Major Incident Management experience with in depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated Microsoft and 3rd party support models. Strong ITIL Service Improvement experience ideal to sit between Client, Vendor / 3rd party support provider and Microsoft. Fully remote / WFH.

You will be taking the lead role in managing relationships, resolving Technical issues, P1 incidents relating to D365 solutions as a number of teething pains are occurring related to Microsoft global upgrades/patches (well documented) and improving response rate, accuracy, process, working relationships between all parties.
