Service Analyst (ITIL / ITSM)

Looking for a solid Service Analyst to join a small robust team. This role is based in Liverpool and you would be expected to be in the office 1 - 2 times a week. Looking for the following

  • 4 years in Service Management arena
  • ITIL qualified
  • Experience across Incident Problem and Change
  • ITSM experience
  • Sharepoint experience
  • Experience of ITIL Service Support and Delivery processes
  • Excellent reporting and trend analysis skills
  • Analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes.
  • Initiating actions to fix potential interruptions to service identified during proactive and trending analysis of the IT infrastructure and vendor landscape
  • Diagnosis of faults and determining whether new incidents are related to known errors or existing problem records
