Fancy working with the Europe's leading Entertainment Company? We are looking for a Senior Process Designer to join our team in West London.

TASKS

  • Understand, analyse and document AS IS processes for DE, ITA, UK
  • Design the TO BE Group processes in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders and ensure that our Group MD targets are met
  • Redesign the processes for all territories and improve the operations
  • Find solutions for current obstacles
  • Suggest implementation plans that fit into the project timelines
  • Write potential requirements for Technology that are needed to do the change
  • Prepare Steering Group meetings
  • Lead the implementation in close partnership with the Group Director and drive the strategic change
  • Train and guide the team on process design improvements
  • Ensure full integration of all TO BE processes

SKILLS

  • Many years of experience as process designer, ideally in the Technology, Media or Entertainment industry or Consultancy
  • Supply chain knowledge
  • Strong collaborative working style with strong interpersonal and relationship management
  • Good analytical skills including the ability to recognize and solve design problems
  • Track record of successful implemented cross-territorial processes in complex areas
  • Above average problem-solving skills with a practical approach
  • objectivity and the ability to challenge the status quo
  • Effective listening, communication and presentation skills across mid-level management and business area teams
  • Business process experience (developing, designing, and implementing policies, processes, and standard operating procedures within an organisation)
  • Complete understanding of the skills required for all job descriptions
  • Speak either Italian and German and/or aware of the European market (not essential)
