Location: Remote with onsite client visits

Rate: £800 - £850 per day - PAYE via Umbrella Only

Senior C4C Service SME
We are looking for a Senior C4C Service SME to lead an assessment of an existing C4C implementation for a Retail Utility company.
The appointed contractor will identify pain points and recommend solutions. This will be as part of a small team that this individual will be expected to lead.
This individual will ideally have Utility experience.
