- Minimum of 10 years change delivery experience - essential.
- Lead BA experience - essential
- Strong Data and Analytics background - essential
- Large multi-year, incremental delivery programme experience - essential
- Regulatory Change experience - desirable
- Data remediation experience - desirable
- Public Sector change delivery experience - desirable
