Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join a UK Tech team in London. The primary focus of this role is to support the implementation of a Digital Asset Management tool (Adobe) and a workflow tool by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring seamless integration. Additionally, the role will support broader technology initiatives within the organisation, including capturing business requirements for our Events Management tool on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements. Ensure all requirements are well-defined, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop clear and structured documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Solution Design: Work closely with development and implementation teams to design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business needs and align with organisational goals.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate technical solutions. Identify and address any discrepancies to ensure successful implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. Provide regular project updates and ensure that deliverables align with business requirements.
- Process Mapping & Journey Documentation: Map and document business workflows and user journeys to support the implementation of the Digital Asset Management and workflow tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Support ongoing technology-driven initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency.
- Events Management Tool: Capture business requirements for the Events Management tool on Salesforce. Collaborate with the technical BA to ensure seamless translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management tools (Adobe preferred) and workflow tools is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and experience with Events Management tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Strong outbound client communication skills, essential for a 360-facing role.
- Experience working in an agile or hybrid project environment is a plus.
