We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Security Consultant to join our team at Radbroke for an initial duration of 6 months. As a Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our software applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in application and software security, with a broad knowledge of industry software offerings, secure application development, and vulnerability management.
- Conduct software audit and governance reviews of a significant number of software products (in the 1000s).
- Utilize security and audit background, with strong governance skills, to assess and enhance the security posture of software products.
- Stay abreast of developments in the software market and industry trends to inform security strategies and recommendations.
- Demonstrate strong audit and governance skills to assess compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and software vendors/3rd parties to address security concerns and implement security measures.
- Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in application and software security, vulnerability management, and secure application development.
- Strong knowledge of software audit and governance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior stakeholders and software vendors.
- Previous experience in the banking industry is desirable.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
