Scheduling Manager- Competitive Salary - Hampshire

A leading Defence and Security Consultancy are seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to work on a permanent basis in Hampshire.

You will be responsible for introducing consistent scheduling management across the organisation, policies, processes, working instructions, training, tools and templates.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Effectively lead the scheduling working group, manage stakeholder and publish artefacts
  • Provide thought leadership to explore and challenge existing practice and culture to develop alternative innovative interventions and create an environment of Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and support scheduling specific training needs as requested by the business units
  • Supporting the Programme Directors and the Head of PMO and Delivery to ensure that they have the right scheduling capabilities and competencies to deliver

Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:

  • Experience of change management and associated consulting skills.
  • A background in project delivery management of functional management
  • Strong people, stakeholder and influencing skills
  • Stakeholder Management; being able to identify, plan and implement actions to positively engage parties with an interest in, or influence over, the programme outcomes.
