They are a young technology start-up in the field of bespoke AI systems, is looking for a Sales Executive. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine interest in technology and is comfortable working in a developing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Spearhead direct sales initiatives, introducing and promoting our bespoke AI systems to prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate closely with the leadership team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and conferences, adeptly networking to identify and cultivate potential leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients, placing a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- New Client Acquisition: Measure success through the acquisition of new clients on a monthly basis.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the monthly sales metrics, including the number of systems sold.
- Client Retention Rates: Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction, reflected in robust client retention rates.
- Referral Generation: Actively contribute to the generation of customer referrals as a driver of business expansion.

Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in sales, with a preference for backgrounds in technology or start-ups.
